Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Ninja account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
